Inside the estate, our restaurant is housed in "huddled". The lighting, made of calcareous rocks jutting into the interior of "cannela" (the vault), creates suggestive atmospheres setting for any occasion. The rest is done by the cuisine able to elaborate apulian food products and churn fine courses in the respect of traditions. It’s the chef of the estate who prepare each dish made with our natural ingredients, served with competence and courtesy to the guests delighted. The wine list offers a careful selection you can taste under the watchful guidance of our sommeliers. And, as it is appropriate for a Tenuta, bread and desserts are the fruits of our oven.
